Helen Tuggle

Berlin-based un-disciplined artist, researching the intersections of sound, performance, somatics and sensuality. I work with sound instruments, voice and movement to explore how silence and stillness can be points of access to sense the living and connective spaces in-between. By working across disciplines and sense-organs, I seek to create immersive sonic environments that invite introspection and innate curiosity, out of which the unexpected may emerge. In my research and artworks, I aspire to provoke a heightened awareness of the sonic dimensions that shape our understanding of space, emotion, and the interconnectedness of the human (and more-than-human) experience.
