Irene Pons

I’m a massage therapist, dancer, and visual artist passionate about the body, movement, presence, and connection.

My journey began with Catalan folk dances at age seven, igniting a lifelong love for movement. Seeking greater freedom and creativity as an adult, I embraced Contact Improvisation and Body Weather upon moving to Mallorca six years ago. I deepened my understanding of movement and healing with three years of study in Integrative Body Therapy.
